Trump's "Hand Mark" and Alleged Cover-Up Spark Concern

President Donald Trump ’s right hand raised eyebrows and concerns again at the G7 summit, which he abruptly left earlier this week.
Trump’s hand appeared discolored and yellowish at the surface, and photos taken during the Group of Seven (G7) meeting with global leaders seemed to show foundation used to cover up the spot.
Some observers also opined that his hand looked more swollen than usual.
The state of Trump’s hand led some to speculate that he may have exited the summit earlier than scheduled because of his health .

Trump, 79, suddenly departed from the summit in Canada early Tuesday in order to meet with his national security advisers in the White House Situation Room, as the Iran-Israel conflict escalated dramatically.
But the alarming bombings between the two countries were not enough to convince some people that Trump’s rushed exit was limited to dealing with the war.
‘Makeup on Trump’s hand hiding some sort of bruising,’ wrote an X (formerly Twitter) user.
Another remarked : ‘He’s covering his hematoma with MAKEUP trying to hide the bruising… The man is unwell.’

‘Why aren’t Republicans demanding answers. Cover up?’ asked another user.
The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Crypto Scope Daily on Thursday.
It is not he first time that unusual marks have been spotted on the president’s hands.
In March, Trump seemed to have a large bruise at the exact same spot.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt at the time dismissed it as the result of shaking hands with many people.
‘President Trump has bruises on his hand because he’s constantly working and shaking hands all day every day,’ she said.
Days later, Trump had two dark marks on the palm of his right hand .

And in January 2024, the then-presidential candidate had mysterious red marks on his right palm, thumb and index finger as he headed to court for a defamation trial brought by columnist E Jean Carroll. Trump later said it was ‘nothing’ and, ‘maybe it’s AI’ , while his camp reportedly said he had a paper cut.
Trump did not make public remarks on Thursday, but Leavitt during her press briefing delivered a message from him as he weighs involving the US in the war to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon.
‘Based on the fact that there’s a substantial chance of negotiations that may or may not take place with Iran in the near future, I will make my decision whether or not to go within the next two weeks,’ Leavitt relayed from the president.
