City of Olive Branch announces new fire chief

OLIVE BRANCH, Miss. (WMC) - The City of Olive Branch has announced a new fire chief.

Mayor Adams and the Board of Aldermen selected William D. Clark II to continue leading the Olive Branch Fire Department.

Clark comes with over 32 years of service as a professional firefighter, including 18 years as a member of the Lewisburg Fire Department, where he currently holds the rank of captain.

He also served on the Memphis Fire Department, where he rose through the ranks as a driver, lieutenant, and ultimately, supervisor and battalion chief.

“Fire Chief Clark has dedicated his life to the fire services and will bring the same passion as the new Fire Chief of the Olive Branch Fire Department. Congratulations, Fire Chief William Clark and thank you for your service.”
