Shooting Victim With Self-Inflicted Injury Hospitalized

An individual from the Rancho Viejo area who suffered gunshots was admitted to the hospital on Sunday night due to what appears to be a self-inflicted injury, as reported by the Laredo Police Department.

The police stated at 10:14 PM on Sunday, May 11, that they had transported a shooting victim to an unspecified medical facility due to what seemed to be a self-inflicted wound.

The incident took place at the 400 block of Potrero Court.

The police mentioned that the status of the victim won't be clear until early Monday.
