Monterey Bay Half Marathon opens registration for 2025 race

The Monterey Bay Half Marathon registration opened on Wednesday.

The race will take place on Nov. 9, 2025, and take runners from downtown Monterey through the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row and Fisherman's Wharf.

The race will start at 7 a.m. and is open to people who run 16 minutes per mile.

The race is limited to the first 9,000 entrants. You must be 12 or older to participate.
